Effective date: 1 October 2026. These Terms govern use of Salama Driver, Salama Operator, and the SalamaGreen platform. The contracting entity is NovaPulse Holdings, a company registered in Tanzania.
1. About SalamaGreen
SalamaGreen helps drivers discover CNG, LPG, and EV stations, view information and availability, make bookings, and record service and carbon-savings information. Station operators use Salama Operator to manage listings, bookings, and service records. SalamaGreen is not a fuel or electricity retailer and is not responsible for the fuel or electricity supplied by an independent station. We do not set or guarantee prices, quality, quantity, safety, availability, or regulatory compliance. Each station is an independent business. SalamaGreen is not a payment processor. Payment is made directly to the station. We do not collect or store card numbers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. By registering you represent that you meet this requirement. Provide accurate information. Driver accounts use a one-time code sent by text message. Station-staff accounts are associated with a station through the owner or admin. Do not share codes, impersonate others, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
3. Bookings
A booking identifies a station and time slot. It does not make SalamaGreen the supplier of the fuel or electricity. The station is responsible for honouring accepted bookings. Availability shown is based on information available to us and may change. We do not guarantee a station will remain available or that the service will be provided exactly as displayed.
4. Carbon-savings information
Carbon-savings figures are modeled estimates. They are not certified emissions measurements, carbon credits, offsets, certificates, or tradable instruments. Do not represent them as such.
5. Loans, discounts, and partners
Where the app lets you express interest in a CNG-conversion loan, EV-purchase discount, or similar partner product, we may forward your interest and relevant information to the partner. SalamaGreen is not a lender. We do not make the partner's decision and do not promise approval or any particular terms. The partner's own terms apply.
6. Location
With your permission we may use location to find nearby stations or calculate a route. We do not store an ongoing location trail. You may withdraw permission in device settings; some features may then be unavailable.
7. User content, suspension, and IP
You are responsible for content you submit and must not submit unlawful or abusive material. We may use it as necessary to operate and moderate the service. We may suspend or restrict an account for fraud, misconduct, abuse, security risks, or material breach. Suspension is distinct from deletion. SalamaGreen software, branding, and interfaces are managed by NovaPulse Holdings.
